Through instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, sound vibrations help release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore harmony within you. It’s a deeply nurturing experience that allows your body to relax and heal itself.

What can I expect during a sound healing session?

During a session, you’ll be invited to lie down in a comfortable position while soothing sounds surround you. You might feel a sense of calm washing over you, along with physical sensations like tingling or warmth as the vibrations work through your body. Each session is unique, but many people leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.

How should I prepare for a session?

Come as you are. Before your session, I recommend setting an intention, wearing comfortable clothing, and staying hydrated. Arrive with an open mind and heart, ready to receive whatever healing is meant for you. I’ll create a safe, welcoming space for you to relax and connect with your inner self.

If you are attending a group sound bath, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a water bottle to the event.
